Cafe Shift Manager
We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team as we continue to increase hours and services. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is supportive, patient, inclusive, takes initiative, and is good at setting professional boundaries. This individual will guide the daily routines of adult team members with disabilities and be an expert in all coffee shop operational tasks. This is a part-time position.
