Partnerships, Clearance Sale and More!

We are so excited to share the latest news with you from Esteamed Coffee! These past few weekends, our cozy cafe was transported to a winter wonderland complete with snow, ice, and near-record low temperatures. We've loved keeping you warm with your favorite beverages between the patches of rough weather!

Although we've been feeling a bit frozen, we decided to let it go and hold a "Big Summer Blowout" clearance sale. Be sure to visit us this weekend and show your support for our staff and mission by shopping inclusive! Whether you shop our sale, stop by in the coming weeks, or support us online, your contributions mean the world to us - especially after the weather caused us to miss several days of your smiling faces.

A Special Partnership: Esteamed Coffee and Priorities ABA

We wanted to take a moment this year and highlight our newly established community partnership with Priorities ABA, an organization that provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Learning Centers and throughout communities across the state, including their nearby location here in Cary. Last August, we joined the fun at the Wendell Community Center’s Children with Disabilities Resource Fair, partnering with Priorities to provide a “Calming Corner.” This quiet, comfy space served as a retreat for anyone who needed a moment to relax, breathe, or reset. We loved teaming up and advocating for a community that is so near and dear to our hearts.

In September and October, we continued our partnership with Priorities and offered a free, weekly “Storytime With Stella” series at Esteamed. The series featured Morgan Mize’s children’s book, Stella Finds Her Place, and celebrated inclusion through storytelling. It concluded with a birthday celebration for the book and a fun coloring activity for guests.

We’re excited to share that the series will return in spring 2026 with new enhancements, including readings from a variety of books and interactive activities for children. Specific dates and details will be announced soon.

It was a pleasure to partner with Priorities ABA in 2025 to raise awareness and advocate for the greater Cary community. We can’t wait for what’s next! Be sure to follow along on our social channels for future announcements.

Here’s to another year of connection, inclusion, and coffee for a cause.

Mission Moment

This past month, Esteam Team Guide Tamara witnessed something during her volunteer shift that an outsider might think is ordinary - but that we all know is absolutely extra-ordinary.

We were ending operations early one Saturday due to weather, and team member Molly noticed that the current cashier (Austin) was going to be leaving an hour or two before we closed up shop for the day.

Without prompting, Molly began asking who would take Austin's place. Although she was busy expediting orders, she even offered to step in as cashier herself. Molly did something that showed great executive functioning skills:

She saw a need.

She planned ahead.

She took initiative.

Tamara said that several years ago, Molly would not have done this. Watching her confidently identify a challenge and offer a solution was a powerful reminder of the growth that’s possible when people are given opportunity, support, and belief. Way to go, Molly!
